Changing and Resetting your Password
Introduction
This guide will explain the ways you can easily reset and change your College Email. We recommend that you should use Three Random Words to create a strong and memorable password.

You can reset your password by visiting https://aka.ms/sspr or follow one of the options below:
Resetting your password from the Sign-in screen
If you have forgotten your password and you're at the Microsoft sign-in screen you can choose the reset it now or forgotten my password links.
On the get back into your account screen type your College email, prove you are not a robot by entering the characters you see on screen and then select Next.
Choose from the methods available to you to verify your identity and then change your password.
Resetting your password from the Windows Sign-In Screen
Choose Reset Password located below the sign in box. This will launch a new window.
- Confirm your email address and select Next.
- Select and confirm a verification method to verify your identity and change your password.
- On the Create a new password page, type and confirm your new password, and then select Next.
- After you get the message saying that your password has been reset, you can select Finish.
Please note it may take a few minutes for your password to update.
Changing your password
If you know your password and just want to change it you can do so by the following options
Windows
While signed into a College computer press CTRL+ALT+DEL and choose the option Change Password.
Your Account Portal
Visit https://myworkaccount,microsoft.com and choose the option Change Password.
