Setting Out of Office on Shared Mailbox
2. Click on your profile image (or placeholder image) on the top right and select ‘Open another Mailbox’.
3. Type in the name or email address of the mailbox you’re selecting.
4. Once in the mailbox. Go to the Cog symbol at the top right and choose ‘ View all settings’.
5. Here is where you can setup scheduled, Automatic replies. So you could in theory schedule these a long time in advance.
